Note on the authenticity of ratings

Reviews on our website can only be submitted by customers and only for products that they have actually purchased from us.

Optional filter measures when submitting ratings:

• Customers can only leave a review if they have actually purchased the product in question.
• We do not allow double ratings for the same product.
• Reviews are manually checked by us for authenticity (comparison of order, name & e-mail of the buyer) and only activated after successful verification.
• Ratings are released regardless of the result: “good or bad” – we are open to criticism!
