The shipping costs depend on the quantity of goods ordered and the shipping method. You will be informed of them during the ordering process.

The following list is for your information and orientation.
The actual shipping costs will be calculated during the ordering process, which can be cancelled at any time.

Shipping costs:

Within Germany DHL package flat rate EUR 4,99
Outside Germany but within Europe* DHL Premium Paket flat rate EUR 10,50

Shipments to Switzerland are handled by DHL as an insured parcel at a flat rate of EUR 26.90 – please note the customs regulations in your country!

Cash on delivery shipments plus DHL fee of EUR 4,00

All prices for EU delivery addresses incl. German VAT 19% – please note the customs regulations in your country!

*For deliveries outside Germany, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply.
Return charge for undeliverable DHL parcels (section 4 para. 6 GTC PAKET/EXPRESS NATIONAL), provided that DHL is not responsible for the undeliverability: EUR 4.99 per shipment.
The return fee of EUR 4.99 will also be charged in the case of advance disposition (“Return immediately”, “Undeliverable message”, “Scheduled delivery”, “No neighbourhood delivery”) in all cases in which a return shipment is made.
