On Rose Monday – February 12 – Weilheim will have one more attraction. A bobsleigh race for children, young people and adults will take place on the “local mountain” G\u00f6gerl. This means that anyone can take part. Participants need head protection – helmets are compulsory – and you have to walk the 40 meters up to the start on foot. There is no lift, but the FUBSI provides a snow lance in case there is not enough snow but the temperatures are below freezing. <\/p>\n

So everything is being done to ensure that the tobogganing fun can take place on Rose Monday.<\/p>\n

Welcome to the premiere of the FUBSI ZIPFLBOBRENNEN in Weilheim! <\/strong><\/p>\n

On February 12th (Rose Monday) the premiere of the “FUBSI ZIPFLBOBRENNEN” will take place in Weilheim OBB. at the G\u00f6gerl. Provided, of course, that there is enough snow. <\/p>\n

Anyone can take part, whether young, old, sporty or someone who just wants to have fun on this tobogganing experience. The only condition: Helmet compulsory! <\/p>\n

Schedule:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.: Collection of starting documents and late registrations (in the finish area)<\/li>\n
  • 1 p.m.: First start<\/li>\n
  • 2 p.m.: Award ceremony<\/li>\n
  • End of the event <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
